These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Compassionate-Choice.com (the “Site”), operated by Compassionate Choice LLC (“Compassionate Choice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational Use Only

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about our companion care services. Information on the Site is not medical advice, does not constitute a contract for services, and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or specific outcomes.

3. Service Inquiries Are Not Service Agreements

Submitting a contact form or otherwise reaching out to us does not create a service agreement. Companion care services are provided only under a separate written agreement between Compassionate Choice and the client (or the client’s legally authorized representative).

4. Non-Medical Services Only

Compassionate Choice provides non-medical companion and homemaker services only. We do not provide:

Transportation assistance may be available under a separate written service agreement. Companion services are not a substitute for medical care, professional nursing care, or supervision by a licensed healthcare provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and the Compassionate Choice name and tagline, is owned by Compassionate Choice Home Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all information on it are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compassionate Choice LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Compassionate Choice Home Services LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page with an Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
