Always Free to Families
We are compensated by the facility after your loved one moves in — never by you. Our fee is paid entirely by the assisted living facility as a standard industry practice. You will never receive a bill from us.
- We represent you — not the facility. Our goal is the best match for your loved one, not the easiest placement for us.
- We disclose every facility relationship in writing before any referral is made — full transparency, always.
- This service is available for private pay, VA benefits, and long-term care insurance only. We do not place Medicaid-funded residents.
- You are free to contact any facility directly and at any time. We never hold you to using us — your family’s interests come first, period.
- We cannot guarantee placement, availability, or quality of care at any facility — but we will tell you the honest truth about every one we show you.
- Kristina personally handles every placement — no call centers, no handoffs. You deal with one person, start to finish.

Our referral fee is 80% of the resident’s first full month’s contracted rate, invoiced after confirmed move-in and due Net 30. No ongoing fees, no surprises.
📋 Simple One-Page Agreement
Our referral partner agreement is one page, plain language, governed by Florida law. No long-term exclusivity required — we earn your partnership every placement.
